Value Added Tax (VAT): Our stated prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the current standard rate of 20% and will be incorporated during the checkout process.
Payment Method: The complete amount is required as an upfront payment. This can be settled online. Should you prefer to remit payment via BACS transfer, kindly contact us either by emailing [email protected] or calling 01744 755 777. Please note that we are unable to provide account facilities (credit terms).
Processing Time: We target to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 days. Depending on our current printing schedule and stock availability, orders may ship sooner. A faster turnaround time in approving the artwork will also positively influence (shorten) the final dispatch time.
Shipping Timeline: Our objective is to dispatch your order within the timeframe mutually agreed upon during the proofing stage. Please be aware that we assume no liability for any losses, damages, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, or resulting consequences) you may incur due to a delay or failure to deliver the order to your specified location or by your requested date.
Damages in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately report this by signing the delivery note with the explicit comment “Damaged on arrival.” The damaged items must then be returned to us within 5 working days, and you are required to keep the damaged goods for potential inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment “Damaged on arrival,” we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for damages sustained during transit.
Courier Delays: Imageflair is not liable for late deliveries that are caused by the couriers.
Inspection and Shortages: You are required to inspect your order immediately upon its delivery. Should there be any shortages or any other issues whatsoever with the order, you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Shipping Charges: Our standard shipping fee of £12.50 covers most addresses within the UK Mainland. Certain addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Islands may be subject to additional surcharges. We will contact you to discuss any such charges before applying them.
Shipping Responsibility: Imageflair is not responsible for any delays in shipping, including errors made by local delivery services. However, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation where possible. Furthermore, Imageflair is not responsible for shipping errors or damaged shipments caused by third parties.
We sincerely apologize that your item did not arrive in pristine condition.
Action Required: Please reach out to us within 24 hours of when you received your delivery. Upon notification, we can schedule our courier to retrieve the damaged merchandise. Once the damaged goods are back in our possession, we will then contact you about arranging and sending a replacement.
Banners serve as a temporary form of signage and are therefore not engineered to remain erected in all weather conditions. Strong winds are highly likely to damage your banner. To maximize its lifespan, we advise removing your banner during periods of strong winds or any other form of extreme weather. In any case, a banner is only intended to be temporary, not permanent, signage.
Durability Guarantee: No guarantees are expressly given or implied regarding the longevity of a banner, as numerous variables are involved. These variables include how the banner is secured, whether it is flush against a wall, if it is placed in a location prone to high winds, and so forth. Imageflair utilises high-quality, durable materials to ensure your banner has the maximum possible resistance to the elements.
Receiving Goods from Our Couriers: We urge you to take a moment to carefully check the packaging for any signs of damage, such as tears, punctures, or damaged corners. If any damage is visible or if you are not completely satisfied, you must insist on opening the package to thoroughly inspect the contents before you sign the delivery note. Signing for goods received from couriers confirms they were received in good condition. Once the package has been signed for, we lose the ability to file a claim for a damaged consignment.
Artwork Requirements: All designs, artwork, and images must be supplied in the CMYK colour format. The required resolution is either 300 dpi at half size or 150 dpi at full size. Imageflair accepts no responsibility for any colour shift that might occur during the conversion from RGB to CMYK colour mode, nor for images that appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated once the proof has been formally approved.
The Printing Process: All our products are produced using digital printing via a process known as 4-colour CMYK. This differs significantly from traditional lithographic printing, and the results may be noticeable. This process provides a wider colour spectrum, or gamut, superior to conventional print, allowing for the visualization of more subtle tones and a greater variety of colours. Our large format printers are calibrated using profiles specific to digitally printed media suitable for this process. If you require a specific colour, we request that you provide us with the relevant Pantone codes. Our printers will produce the closest possible match to these codes, but this is not in any way colour matching as practiced in conventional litho printing. Printed colours will not always precisely match their appearance on your computer screen, as all computer monitors have different calibrations. The client bears all responsibility for a failure to understand this process. Files should only be submitted by individuals who possess a solid comprehension of this digital printing process, and we are at no point responsible for incorrectly saved files (if you require additional information, please call us on 01744 755 777).
Banner Finishing: All banners will have eyelets placed where Imageflair deems it appropriate, unless you specify an alternative requirement when placing your order. We will always make an effort to finish the banners exactly to your specified measurements.
We strive diligently to supply prints at the precise size requested. However, achieving exact size can occasionally be very challenging due to certain processes involved in production. Consequently, the final measurements may sometimes show minor variations from those you ordered.
By giving your approval to the design proof, you are confirming that the spelling, content, and layout are accurate. Please ensure you have viewed the proof at 100% zoom (or “actual size”) to confirm you are satisfied with the quality of the image. Once your order has been finalized and placed, we are unable to make any subsequent changes.
Imageflair is willing to assist you with canceling your order, provided the request is made before printing commences. However, please be aware that cancellation charges may be applicable, depending on the current stage of your order fulfillment.
Artwork Fee: If Imageflair has prepared the artwork for the order, we retain the right to impose a £50 artwork setup fee for any cancelled orders.
Right to Cancel: Imageflair also reserves the right to cancel any order and will issue full refunds as appropriate in such circumstances.
