The boards are printed on durable 5mm Foamex, making them sturdier than corrugated plastic panels, which can be prone to blowing away in the wind.

Made from 5mm Foamex, the boards would be cut to fit inside metal frames 760mm x 510mm (30inch x 20inch) so please double check this fits your frames before ordering. If you need other sizes, just let us know.

Send us your artwork in any of these formats: EPS, PDF, AI, PSD. If you have PDF or EPS, is preferable.
Artwork would be designed at 150dpi alternatively at half size at 300 dpi.
We print all designs in CMYK, so colour changes can occur when designs are supplied in RGB format.
All fonts must be converted to outlines.
For our standard banners (PVC and Mesh) we recommend not placing any artwork or text within 50mm of any edges. Bleed of 25mms should be added to all edges.
For our scaffolding banners, we recommend not placing any artwork or text within 150mm of the top and bottom edges, this will be used for the pole sleeves.
Colour Codes:
We try to colour match close as possible, some prints colours could result in colour changes, Colour may not appear exactly as on your monitor, so don’t forget to inform us of any specific colours or shades, we will try to get a close match, but we cannot guarantee a full colour match, we convert RGB files automatically. Changing to CMYK from RGB can cause unexpected results. You will not be notified of a change from RGB to CMYK.
If you wish to check how your colour code prints before we process your order, please let us know & we can provide a test print, this may be chargeable.
